History of the Alumni Association

The Aransas Pass High School Alumni Association, Inc., located in Aransas Pass, Texas was founded in 1979 by a group of dedicated alumni.

Another aim of the alumni group is to give back something to the Aransas Pass High School in return for the help and support they received during their years at the school.  A scholarship program was reviewed and then approved by the association's board with the first scholarship being awarded in 1980.  

The first "All Class Reunion" was also held in 1980 and this popular tradition continues today - every other year, during odd years - always the weekend after Father's Day in June (unless date has to be changed)!
